Hyderabadi Biryani On Eid Festivals

Here Are Some Ingredients Of Hydrabadi Biryani:

  • 1 cup fresh thick curd
  • 1 cup Basmati rice
  • 1 cup water 2 and half tablespoons oil
  • 1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste
  • 2 cups mixed diced vegetables(carrots, potatoes, turnip, peas, etc)
  • 2 cut lengthwise onions
  • 1 Lemon
  • 6 flakes peeled garlic
  • 10-15 cut coriander leaves
  • 10-15 finely cut mint leaves
  • ·         Salt to taste

Grind Together:

  • 10 cashew nuts
  • 1/2inch ginger piece
  • 7 small onions
  • 2 cloves
  • 8 green chillies
  • 2 cardomoms

Fry given  ingredients in the modest oil and pulverize it along with a some coriander leaves.

Method:

Wash and sodden rice for 10 minutes. sap water and fry for 2 mins in ghee approx half a teaspoon.

heat up pressure cooker, put in oil and onion pieces and fry garlic. Insert diced vegetables and ginger garlic paste. Fry in average flame until vegetables are soft. Put in powdered masala paste and fry till uncooked smell goes. Blend curd and put in along with one mug of water. When it begins boiling put in salt and rice, wrap lid and decrease flame totally. Keep load on top of cover light empty container as soon as the cover is closed. For 10 minutes cook it. Take away from fire. Compress lemon juice, add cut coriander and mint leaves. Combine well and serve.
